“Asia Pacific is where the future is unfolding,” explained Marie Delasson, the new director Asia-Pacific. “Joining Sharon Personal Care at this pivotal moment of expansion into this region is truly exciting. I’m looking forward to growing key partnerships and unlocking new opportunities.”

With the recent change, and leveraging the strength of Eternis, APAC represents the biggest growth market for Sharon” said President Naama Eylon.

“We are focused on building our footprint in the region and providing innovative solutions to our customers. We are a sustainably driven company and will continue to ensure our products support not only the wellbeing and longevity of the consumers, but also of the planet.”

A Focus on Sustainability

In its quest for sustainability, Eternis Fine Chemicals, the parent company of Sharon Personal Care, joined Together for Sustainability (TfS). It is an industry-leading initiative driven by chemical procurement specialists. TfS members are dedicated to building sustainable chemical supply chains, regulatory requirements, and responding to the needs and expectations of society.

TfS provides a structured framework for assessing and improving sustainability performance across the supply chain. Through collaborative audits, benchmarking, and best practice sharing, Eternis will gain valuable insights to support its goals. These goals include assessing 80% of its suppliers on sustainability metrics by 2028 and reducing its absolute scope 3 emissions by 37.5% by 2034.

“This is a proud and historical moment for Eternis to join TfS and become the first Indian company member in TfS,” said Eternis CEO Wilfrid Gambade. “It means a lot for us, and it reflects all of the efforts deployed with our sustainability agenda over the last several decades. The journey is on and will accelerate with the support of TfS”
